(1) Wilhelmina “Minnie” (Giedginghagen) (5 Oct 1899 – 8 Apr 1969) & Oscar Alton Baker (19 Sep 1897 – 20 Mar 1983) were married 27 Jul 1919. Her father disliked Oscar and disapproved of their marriage. Oscar was sentenced to jail for an unknown crime. He spent about 19 years behind bars. Minnie divorced him
in 1930 while he was in prison. They had two sons.
(a) Kenneth Earl Baker (15 Sep 1921 - 8 Sep 1979) & Ida Leota “Peggy” Lawrence were married on Halloween, October 31, 1941. Kenneth
was buried in Greenlawn Cemetery in Kansas City,
Missouri After Drowning in Lake Eufaula, Oklahoma. They had two children, Gary
Eugene and Donna Bea.
[1] Gary Eugene Baker born 27 April 1942 married February 27, 1965 in Las Vegas to Clara Dell McNeeley born
28 June 1943. Gary and Clara have two(2) daughters.
[A] Ophelia Jean Baker was born June 26, 1967 in Saint Anthony hospital, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
County, Oklahoma.
[B] Heather Lynnee Baker was born July 24, 1973 in the City of Moore hospital. Moore, Cleveland County,
Oklahoma.
Ophelia Jean Baker married Jimmy Dale Stoker II May 19, 1986. Born to Ophelia and Jimmy:

(b) Donald Baker, Minnie and Oscar Baker's second son born 2 September 1924 married Estella Hodges unknown date.
Don and Estella had a daughter, Kay. Estella divorced Don after he was
sent to prison the second time for child molestation. Kay married an
unknown man and had 2 sons. Her last known whereabouts was western
Oklahoma. Donald died in prison August 2000 at Cameron,
Missouri. His body was donated to Research State of Kansas. Donald spent most of his adult life
in prison on convictions of molesting young boys.
Wilhelmina “Minnie” (Giedginghagen) Baker & Jess Crandell ( 21 July 1903-) were married in 1937 and divorced in September 1949. Oscar remarried also. He married Emma (Gaither) in Marshall, Missouri. They had a son Robert Lee Baker (born 27 may 1929).
Wilhelmina “Minnie” (Giedinghagen) Baker Crandell remarried Oscar Baker in September 1949 after he was released from prison,
they separated but were never divorced. Minnie died in Kansas City, Missouri and is buried in the Giedinghagen Cemetery beside her grandparents, “Fritz” and Johanna Dorothea (Leimkuehler) Giedinghagen. Oscar lived with a woman named Lena for many years in Denver, Colorado before he died there.
