- Used Ghost software to download hard drive
images from the server, made changes to the image, optimized the image,
uploaded it back to the server.
- Used Ghost software to rebuild the 71 lab
computers and the computers in seven classrooms.
- Provided hardware, software, installation and
troubleshooting support for the faculty and staff for computers and
peripherals for the Information Technology Division and Computer Science
Department.
- Created and maintained files including
inventory, employee schedule, hours of operation and kept them up to date
and posted at various locations, sent emails to assure that all
assistants, tutors, and work studies received new information as needed.
- During Welcome Week, created a schedule and gave
assignments to the staff so that the Information Technology Division was
represented in welcoming new students.
- Assured that both the Laser and mainframe printers
were stocked with paper and kept clean.
- Changed
the ribbon or cartridge as required to assure
the printers would print clearly, performed various cleaning chores to
assure
the computers,
peripherals, and work stations were kept clean and dust
free.

Assured that the eight computer science and office
administration classrooms were locked and the computers were off at the end of
the day.
NOTE: The O.K.C.C.C. Main IT Computer Lab had 71
PCs, 2 HP Laser Printers and 1 IBM Mainframe Printer and served an average of
300 students daily.

pots and pans in the dishwashing area, cleaned the carts to be used the next
